Celeste Cortesi is here to slay!

The former Miss Universe Philippines titleholder wowed the Thai audience when she appeared at the Miss Universe Thailand 2023 pageant as one of its judges held on Aug. 20 in Nonthaburi, Thailand.

On Instagram, the Filipino-Italian model shared her stunning look wearing a custom hand-embroidered black and champagne trumpet gown by Filipino designer Rian Fernandez. The intricate ensemble was made by over seven artisans to complete its astounding look.

"Couldn’t be more happier to join Miss Universe Thailand as one of your judges tonight with my sister @annscottkemmis and the candidates," the caption wrote while thanking the Miss Universe Thailand organization for the opportunity.

"Wishing all the girls the best of luck. To the Miss Universe Thailand organization and the entire Thai pageant fans community, Khob Khun Kha."

Fernandez was also the designer behind Miss Charm Philippines 2024 Krishna Gravidez' iconic silhouette black and silver glimmering evening gown during the MUPH 2023 and the long gown worn by Miss USA and Miss Universe 2022, R'Bonney Gabriel.

Cortesi was by joined by Thailand’s past representatives at the international pageants like Miss Universe 2017 Maria Poonlertlarp and Miss Universe 2021 Anchilee Scott-Kemmis in selecting this year's Thailand representative for the international competition.

Miss Universe 2021 Anna Sueangam-iam crowned Anntonia Porsild as her successor who also became Miss Supranational 2019.

Last month, Cortesi made rounds on social media as she clapped back at a follower who bashed her for having "ugly tattoos." She said she is not giving people the right to be mean and judge what they do not know as a public figure.

“Because I post my photos in public I am giving you the right to comment? Maybe I am giving you the right of having an opinion. I may not be liked by everyone and that’s totally okay,” she wrote.
