Prepare to see Nadine Lustre in a new light!

Director Yam Laranas dropped the teaser for his upcoming film Greed, which is Lustre's first Viva Films movie in two years after her contract controversy with the company in 2020.

The teaser starts off with romantic scenes between the actress and co-star Diego Loyzaga, then things take a darker, more intense turn as we see Lustre's character get violent. It ends with her laughing while covered in blood, a nod to Laranas' previous posts about the film falling under the horror or thriller genre.

Since sharing the first photos of Lustre and Loyzaga on the set of the film in November last year, the director has been posting more photos of the pair along with castmate Epy Quizon.

The film will come out on VivaMax in April later this year.

Greed will be Lustre's first movie since she "terminated" her contract with Viva Artists Agency (VAA) after calling her experience with the company "oppressive" and "illegal."

Her contract stated that she would be an exclusive talent under VAA until June 2029.

After a legal dispute, the Quezon City Trial Court ruled that Lustre should honor her contract, which the actress said she was willing to settle.
