LOOK: A BTS-themed question is part of the 2022 Philippine Bar exams
So, how will you defend Yoongi?
After years of studying, Filipino law students finally took the first part of the 2022 Bar Exams this Nov. 9.
This year's exams will be held on two Wednesdays and Sundays: Nov. 9, 13, 16, and 20. Following several delays brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, this will be the second Bar Exams held digitally and locally after February's edition.
Four hours are allotted for each examination, and although the results won't be for a couple more months, one question, in particular, has already gone viral.
The sixth question of the Commercial Law Exam saw a hypothetical situation wherein BTS' Min Yoon-gi (also known as Yoogie or Suga) bought shares of their corporation, Hybe Inc.
"When Hybe Inc.'s contracts were taken up by the BTS Corp PH Board, Yoongie not only voted for their approval but influenced other directors to do so. Later, the Hybe Inc. contracts turned out to be disadvantageous to BTS Corp. PH and caused it substantial losses," the question read.
It then asked the examinees to discuss the actions/s that may be pursued against the BTS' rapper.

After the question went viral, a number of Bar exam takers and ARMYs shared their two cents on social media.
"I feel na tama talaga training ko sa mga students ko in making KPop idols the characters in my exams," the question poster added.
"Not Yoongi scamming," another quipped.
"I’m a lawyer and I couldn’t answer this at first read. Too distracted with Yoongi, BTS Corp. and HYBE, Inc," another ARMY said.
Other fans took the chance to finally "sue" their bias: "finally can sue him legally for stealing my heart and mind."
