'One more hello or one last goodbye?': Official trailer for 'Hello, Love, Again' released
What's next for Ethan and Joy—or should we call her Marie?
The official trailer for Hello, Love, Again starring Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards has been released on Tuesday, Oct. 8.
Ethan (Alden) can be seen crossing paths with Joy (Kathryn) again at the airport, but the character of Korean-American actor Kevin Kreider calls her by the name Marie before the two could talk.
A previous teaser for the movie showed Ethan and Joy bidding each other farewell as Joy pursues her dreams in Canada. Joy seems to have made her dream come true, and she maintains a long distance relationship with the Hong Kong-based bartender.
But it looks that Joy will go through some changes as she now calls herself Marie. "Joy is gone," she said.
Fans can get tickets for the soon-to-be-released film as early as now. They're on sale at SM Cinemas and Robinsons Movieworld’s websites and ticket booths nationwide.
Directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, the upcoming offering is set to hit cinemas on Nov. 13. It follows the story of bartender Ethan and domestic helper Joy who finally meet again in Canada, five years after putting an end to their romance in Hong Kong.
It's a follow-up to the 2019 blockbuster film Hello, Love, Goodbye, which showed them falling in love in Hong Kong but later getting confronted with challenges surrounding their different plans in life.
The cast and crew started filming for the sequel in Canada in late July and officially wrapped up the following month.
