Netflix has released the first trailer for Bradley Cooper's second directorial film, Maestro.
The biographical romance, which Cooper co-wrote and produced following his 2018 film A Star is Born, features the actor as Leonard Bernstein, an American conductor who is considered the greatest of his time.

Maestro's trailer starts in grayscale, with Bernstein and his wife sitting back-to-back while reminiscing how they met and "built a very strong connection." It is followed by scenes presented in full color as the couple ages and faces the highs and lows of their relationship and Bernstein's career.
The film also stars Maya Hawke who will play as their daughter, Jamie, and Sam Nivola as their son, Alexander. Other cast members include Matt Bomer, Sarah Silverman, Gideon Glick, Gabe Fazio, Eric Parkinson, William Hill, Nick Blaemire, Oscar Pavlo, Tim Rogan and Mallory Portnoy.
