It's happening: Apple sets March 8 event and we might finally see the new budget iPhone, upgraded iPads
It's confirmed! Apple has set the date for its next event on March 8, where it is expected to launch a new budget iPhone SE, upgraded iPads, and possibly new Macs.
So far, what's known about the event is its "peek performance" tagline. The multicolored Apple logo in the teaser could also mean we might be seeing devices in more colors.

As previous rumors suggested, the tech giant might be releasing the 2022 version of the iPhone SE, which will come with 5G capabilities, an A15 chipset, and improved cameras. So far, analysts predict that it will still feature the same design as the current iPhone SE—with bezels and Touch ID.
We might also see a new iteration of the iPad Air with 5G and the rollout of the iOS 15.4 update which will finally allow iPhone users to unlock their phones with Face ID even while wearing a face mask.
The rumor mill also predicts that a new Mac may be on the way.
The upcoming March 8 event will be happening live from Apple's headquarters in Cupertino, California. It's set for 10 AM PST, which means it'll be on March 9, 2 AM in the Philippines.
