Stars in one frame: Internet gushes over Heart Evangelista, Lee Min Ho's interaction in Thailand
Socialite and Pinoy fashion icon Heart Evangelista is making rounds on social media after she shared a spotlight with some of Asia's biggest stars, including the "ultimate Korean heartthrob" Lee Min Ho, in a Fendi event.
This came after the Italian luxury fashion house opened a new boutique at Siam Paragon in Bangkok, which gathered some renowned personalities like Singaporean celebrities Desmond Tan and Mae Tan, and other Thai artists, including Mario Maurer and Bella Ranee Campen.
Evangelista shared some of their moments in an Instagram reel with Lee, the brand's ambassador. It can be seen in the video that they both shake hands and casually talk to Min Ho in the event, making the internet swoon over this "fan girl dream come true" moment.
"36 hours and hundreds of laughters! A day of celebration with @fendi," Evangelista wrote in the caption.
Meanwhile, the Korean actor, also known for his role in hit Korean drama series including The Heirs, Boys over Flower, The Legend of the Blue Sea and The King: Eternal Monarch, also shared some photos from the event through his Instagram page.
'Sana all'
Aside from stunning the internet with her matching turtleneck and wrap skirt from Fendi's Spring/Summer 2024 collection, many of the 38-year-old artist's admirers and social media followers were ecstatic to witness her interaction with Lee. A few of them made light of their envy with jokes, and one asked the actress what kind of scent the actor had.
"Naghugas kanaba ng kamay @iamhearte. Pag di pa, pa hampas muna sa mukha ko hahaha," one social media user wrote.
"Bakit ikaw nalang lagi pinagbibigyan ni Lord?!," another one commented.
"Hindi talaga ako inggitera sa ganda at gamit ng iba. Pero abot langit inggit ko pag may pakikipag ngitian at shake hands sa mga oppa ko eh," one IG user chided.
Meeting other artists across the globe
This is not the first time Evangelista has met other big names in the entertainment industry. She has been a regular at international fashion events.
To name a few, she was seated beside Mina of the K-pop girl group TWICE during Fendi's Spring/Summer 2024 at the recent Paris Fashion Week, which was also attended by Zendaya, Reese Witherspoon and her daughter Ava, Korean actress Song Hye-Kyo and French actress Adèle Exarchopoulos.
Evangelista also had the chance to meet American model and media personality Hailey Bieber in Paris last Sept. 2023.
In 2022, the local artist also met award-winning South Korean actress and The Glory star Song Hye Kyo at a gala event of a luxury jewelry brand Chaumet in Paris, whom she posted a photo on her IG account, "With the lovely @kyo1122." Such gorgeous women!"
Moreover, she shared a screen with another Korean heartthrob of this generation, Ji Chang Wook, when she had a selfie with the latter in Singapore in 2019, where the Korean actor held the phone for their once-in-a-lifetime selfie.
Other international celebrities she previously interacted with include Vogue Magazine editor Anna Wintour, Emily in Paris stars Camille Razat and Ashley Park, and GOT7's Yugyeom.
