Rapper Doja Cat called out Stranger Things actor Noah Schnapp for posting a now-deleted screenshot of their Instagram chat, where she's asking him to set her up with co-star Joseph Quinn.

In their conversation, the 26-year-old Doja wrote to the 17-year-old Schnapp: “Noah can u tell Joseph to hmu (hit me up). wait no, does he have a gf (girlfriend)?”

"LMAOO (laughing my ass off)," Schnapp replied, "slide into his dms (direct messages)." He then attached a link to Quinn's Instagram profile.

The 29-year-old Quinn is the series newcomer Eddie Munson, who quickly became famous with his character's charisma. He cemented his popular status among fans with his rendition of the Metallica classic Master of Puppets in a pivotal scene in the fourth season finale.

Doja has since publicly expressed her interest in Quinn.

"joseph quinn fine as s**t," she wrote in a tweet on May 30.

But it was when Schnapp, who portrayed Will Byers, posted the exchange on his TikTok account with over 26 million followers that things got serious.

Doja took to Instagram Live to rant and rave about Schnapp, calling what he did as "socially unaware and wack."

"I made an assumption that he was gonna be chill about it," she said, "and he went and shared information that I didn't feel comfortable with him sharing."

Doja also described Schnapp's supposed betrayal as "borderline snake s**t," noting his posting of their conversation felt like a "weird power play."

She, however, cut Schnapp some slack somehow, citing his age.

"I think that to be fair, first let’s be chill about it. Like Noah is a kid," Doja said.

"When you're that young, you make mistakes," she added. "You do dumb s**t. You say dumb s**t. You f**k up relationships with people."

Doja said she already reached out to Schnapp following the incident.

Schnapp and Quinn have yet to comment on the issue.
