'The Batman' with Robert Pattinson will be three hours long
The runtime for Matt Reeve's upcoming superhero flick The Batman, starring Robert Pattinson, has been revealed to have a runtime of three hours long.
Insiders at Warner Bros. told The Hollywood Reporter that the movie will be two hours and 55 minutes long with eight minutes of credits, making it the longest standalone Batman movie to date.
The three-hour runtime also makes it one of the longest theatrical superhero movies, behind Marvel's Avenger's Endgame, which ran for three hours and one minute.
The longest superhero movie is Zack Snyder's cut of the Justice League which was four hours and two minutes long.
The upcoming movie on the Caped Crusader will dethrone Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises, which is currently the longest solo Batman film.
The Batman premieres on Mar. 4 with Pattinson as Bruce Wayne, Paul Dano as the Riddler, Collin Farrell as the Penguin, Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman, and Andy Serkis as butler Alfred Pennyworth.
