Miley Cyrus’ new profile picture has been a hot topic among Filipinos on Facebook for hilarious reasons.
Pinoys have been flooding the American superstar’s FB page with amusing comments since the latter changed her FB snap on Friday, Dec. 9.
While others pointed out how good—and different—she looks in the picture, netizens were quick to link it to 13th month pay and Christmas bonus, saying that it looks like she just received hers and used it to get a hair makeover at the salon.
