WATCH: ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ official teaser trailer drops
Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures Entertainment have finally released the first teaser trailer for the highly anticipated third Spider-Man film starring Tom Holland.
The official teaser for Spider-Man: No Way Home comes a day after a low-quality unfinished video clip leaked online on social media Sunday night.

The nearly three-minute long video shows Peter Parker and Mary Jane dealing with the consequences of Peter’s identity being revealed by Mysterio, which has put a damper on his senior year of high school.
After nearly a year of speculation, the trailer confirms the multiverse plot of No Way Home, which will bring Holland's Spider-Man together with villains of previous Spider-Man cinematic franchises. This includes Alfred Molina’s Doctor Octopus, Jamie Foxx’s Electro, and Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin.
The film stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jon Favreau, Jacob Batalon, and Marisa Tomei all reprising their roles from the previous Spidey films, with Benedict Cumberbatch joining the fray as Doctor Strange.
The film is directed by Jon Watts, and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, while the film is produced by Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal. Executive producers include Louis D'Esposito, Victoria Alonso, JoAnn Perritano, Rachel O’Connor, Avi Arad, and Matt Tolmach.
The official teaser trailer has been worth the wait. Check it out in its full HD glory below.
Spider-Man: No Way Home is set to swing into theaters on December 17, 2021.
