Netflix’s ‘Love, Death, & Robots’ Season 2 is out on May 14, drops final NSFW trailer
Netflix’s hit animated anthology series Love, Death & Robots (stylized as LOVE DEATH + ROBOTS) is officially dropping its highly anticipated second season this Friday, May 14.
With the tagline "Consume Irresponsibly", the NSFW series’ trailer promises a "lovelier, deadlier" eight episodes packed with dystopian references amid differently animated facades.
Helmed by Tim Miller (Deadpool) and David Fincher (Fight Club, Gone Girl), the show gained cult success during its first season release in March of 2019, with Miller sharing that “it was exactly the kind of passionate reception from animation fans David and I hoped for, but for many long years had been told wouldn’t happen.”
The series also won the 2019 Emmy Award for Outstanding Short Form Animated Program, along with four of its staff receiving the nod for Outstanding Individual Achievement In Animation.
Despite the fewer number of episodes this season, fans don't have to wait for long given that a third season is already slated for a 2022 release.
