TWICE releases new song and music video, ‘I Can’t Stop Me’
Popular K-pop girl group TWICE released a new song and music video, I Can’t Stop Me, early this week. As of this writing, the video has garnered more than 40,000,000 views.
I Can’t Stop Me is part of their new comeback album titled Eyes Wide Open, released on October 26, 2020. The music video was uploaded the same day as the album’s release date.
What makes I Can’t Stop Me stand out from the other songs is that it has these retro and electronic pop feels. The song also gives out a message about being a strong and independent woman, and no one would be able to tumble them no matter what.
Aside from this song, the other tracks contained in the Eyes Wide Open album are Hell in Heaven, Up No More, Do What We Like, Bring It Back, Believer, Queen, Go Hard, Shot Clock, Handle It, Depend on You, Say Something, and Behind the Mask. The entire album is now available for streaming on Spotify.
TWICE was formed under the television show Sixteen and debuted on October 20, 2015. The group is composed of Momo, Sana, Jeongyeon, Nayeon, Mina, Dahyun, Tzuyu, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung. They are under the Korean label JYP Entertainment.
Their last music video, MORE & MORE, was released on June 1, 2020, and has reached more than 200,000,000 views as of this writing.
