Cabalen

Having a Pinoy-themed dinner this Christmas? You can count on Cabalen Restaurant, which is offering family platters for a classic handaan. Included in their menu are Sisig Kapampangan, Kare-Kare Buntot ng Baka, Pancit Sotanghon Guisado, Kalderetang Baka, Pritchon Sisig, Lumpiang Hubad, and Relleno Puro Bangus, among others. The family platters (good for 6-8 pax) have prices ranging from P488 to P1,668, while the party platters (good for 10-12 pax) cost between P947 and P3,236. O’ini

Speaking of Filipino-themed Christmas dinners, O’ini has cater-to-go trays with a variety of options: The Authentic Kapampangan Sisig (P1,399), Kari-Kari Nang Marie or kare-kare (P3,250), Binusog na Pusit (P2,099), Ningnang Manuk or grilled chicken (P2,100), Kapampangan Murcon (P2,400) and Kalderetang Bulalo (P2,880). Each food platter is good for eight to 10 people.
