Love the smell of Auntie Anne's pretzels? A perfume inspired by its signature aroma now exists
Are you one of those people whose attention gets easily caught by the smell of freshly baked goods?
You probably get attracted to the scent of the entire Auntie Anne's store when you pass by one at a mall. The food spot is known for its mouthwatering pretzels that are usually enjoyed with dips in sweet and savory flavors.
If you can't get enough of its scent, you'd be happy to know that the prezetl shop just dropped its first-ever perfume inspired by its signature aroma. Dubbed Knead, the new offering has "notes of buttery dough, salt and a hint of sweetness."
Auntie Anne's chief brand officer Julie Younglove-Webb, in a statement, pointed out how "special and powerful" smell is as "fans have shared their memories and experiences that began with just a whiff of our pretzels" through the years.
"One spritz is all it takes to envelop you in the nostalgic embrace of freshly baked pretzels," the company wrote in an Instagram post.
Knead comes in different sizes: 1 ounce for $25 (around P1,500) and 3.4 ounces of fragrance for $45 (over P2,500).
The product will be available at Auntie Anne's pop-up store this Aug. 13 in New York City. It will also be available on its official website for fans outside NYC.
