LOOK: Shanghai Disneyland to open Zootopia-themed land in December
If you're a fan of Disney's Zootopia, then you may want to book a flight to China as Shanghai Disneyland has confirmed that it is set to open a new land inspired from the setting of the 2016 buddy cop film.
On its instagram account, the seven-year-old theme park has released a teaser video of what visitors can expect from the new land. The setting features buildings and structures that attempt to recreate the quirky look of the the film's titular city, as well as animatronics of its beloved characters such as Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, Benjamin Clawhauser, Chief Bogo, among others.
Among its attractions is "Mane Street," where you can stroll through the many storefronts that come in a variety of sizes, with each having its own unique, animal-centric design.

Stylistas can meanwhile spend their time at the fashion boutique owned by one of the film's characters, Fru Fru. The merchandise store is touted to "offer several exclusively designed products for a unique shopping experience."
If you're feeling hungry from all the exploring, you can stop by the "Jumbeaux’s Cafe," an ice-cream kiosk inspired by the elephant-run cafe in the film.
Here, you can enjoy delectable food items that had been featured in Zootopia, such as Clawhauser’s favorite donut or a jumbo-pop-shaped marshmallow. But that's not all as you can even select big and mini sizes to satisfy elephant and rodent-sized cravings alike.
The new section will officially open its gates on Dec. 20.
Starring the voices of Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman, Zootopia centers on an unlikely team-up between a rabbit police officer and a red fox con artist an attempt to solve a criminal conspiracy involving the disappearance of predators.
