Heart Evangelista confirms she just got herself a new apartment

In her recent Instagram Live, the actress briefly talked about her most recent buy. “I just got myself an apartment. I do not really plan to buy anything else because I have all of my nice furniture. I really want it to be very, very nice, so I’m saving up for that,” she said.
“But I’ve also been so busy to do anything, to shop. The only time I have to spare is to be on my bed and rest,” she shared.
Heart is currently in the City of Love for Paris Fashion Week. “Actually, a lot of people have been asking me about fashion week, what I do here, kung puro lakwatsa. Hindi po, trabaho po siya. Hindi po siya madali,” she said, adding that it’s still fun after all as it involves something that she truly loves: fashion. “I love dressing up but it’s really a full job.”
“I’ve never really been the type to just stay home and wait. You know, I’m very creative with my time. I’m very productive with my time. I’m a working girl. I’m not ‘Miss Hingi.’ So yeah, I work. So that’s what I do,” the local star continued.
Heart later stressed that she’s not living in Paris because she still has a myriad of things to do in her homeland. “No, I’m not living here. I have work here and I have work in the Philippines and kailangan natin ng work because you know, you gotta be independent to pay for your stuff without hingi-hingi ng anik-anik. So kailangan super work tayo. I’m a working girl.”
Nearing the end of her IG Live, Heart said she just wanted to drop by and say hello to her social media followers. “Thank you so much for joining my live. I miss all of you but dito muna ako. Hindi muna ako babalik (ng Pilipinas),” she said with a laugh as she quickly took it back. “No, I gotta work.”
When asked when she’s really coming back to the Philippines, Heart made reference to Julia Roberts’ line in Notting Hill when the latter’s character was asked how long she planned to stay in London. “It’s ‘indefinitely’… charot!” said Heart.
The Filipina beauty bared her plans to buy a Paris home to L’Officiel Philippines in September. “I feel at home when I’m there. I think it has to do a lot with the city being a grand marriage of arts, fashion, and the old world. And I really connect with that a lot,” she said.
