Real-life Snoopy dog catches the internet's attention
Back in the 1950s, the beloved cartoon dog named Snoopy had managed to capture the hearts of many in the comic strip Peanuts by Charles M. Schulz. Fast forward to 2023, a certain dog on Instagram has caught everyone's attention for seemingly looking like a real-life version of the cartoon pooch.
Bayley, a Mini Sheepadoodle, is making rounds on social media not only because of her photogenic pictures, but more so for her eye-catching resemblance to Snoopy.
Despite being different in breed, with Snoopy being a beagle and Bayley a cross between an Old English Sheepdog with a Miniature Poodle, they amazingly share almost the same physical attributes such as their oblong face, adorable round nose, and their drooping black ears that make you want to scrunch them.
The American dog, who will be turning two years old next month, knows when a camera is in front of her as her Instagram page is filled with pictures and videos showing her cute and playful side. In addition, her owner dresses her up in clothes and costumes that further elevates her doggy charm.
Netizens couldn't believe how much she resembles the cartoon that they left compliments in the comments section.
"Will the real Snoopy, please stand up," wrote one.
"I found [the] real life [S]noopy and I'm so happy. I'm dreaming," wrote another Instagram user.
"You really do look like [S]noopy!!"
