Miss Universe 2024 delegates turned up the heat as they showed off their confidence during the prestigious pageant's preliminary swimsuit competition.
The preliminary competition for the 73rd pageant, hosted by Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel and Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios, was held in Mexico City on Nov. 15.
Over 120 beauty queens vying for the crown donned blue, purple, and indigo swimsuits of different styles.

During the preliminaries, the delegates also showed off their national costumes.
Palacios will crown her successor at the Miss Universe 2024 grand coronation night, which will take place at the Arena CDMX in Mexico City on Nov. 17, 9 a.m. Philippine time.
