WATCH: 'Barbie' main trailer out for people who love AND who hate her
The main trailer for the live-action Barbie movie just dropped, and it's for people who love and people who hate the iconic doll.
In the two-minute-plus trailer, Barbie (Margot Robbie)'s life in plastic is so fantastic in the Barbie World until she begins having an existential crisis.
"It is the best day ever. So is yesterday and so is tomorrow, and every day from now until forever," Barbie tells her friends as they're dancing. "Do you guys ever think about dying?" she adds with a smile on her face, much to everybody's shock.
In the next scenes, Barbie laments about her cold shower, falling off the roof, and her heels being on the ground.
Barbie sets out on a journey to the Real World to find a solution, only to be joined by Ken (Ryan Gosling).
But as they make it to the Real World while in their flashy clothing, they're about to face challenges from the humans.
"No one rests until this doll is back in a box," says Will Ferrell, who portrays the chief executive officer of Barbie creator Mattell.
