Catriona Gray, Olivia Culpo among the 'all-female' hosts at the 72nd Miss Universe coronation night

The Miss Universe organization has announced the names of its all-female host.

Former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, Jeannie Mai Jenkins, and American TV presenter Maria Menounos will serve as this year's main hosts, while Catriona Gray and Zuri Hall are returning as backstage correspondents at the 72nd Miss Universe pageant which will air live on Nov. 19 (PHT) from El Salvador.

According to Deadline, the Spanish-language telecast via Telemundo will also feature TV personalities Jacqueline Bracamontes and Danilo Carrera, Miss Universe 2020 Andrea Meza, Carlos Adyan, and Miss Universe Brazil 2020 Julia Gama.

President of MOU Paula Shugart said, “I’m so glad to be working with such a talented, funny, and knowledgeable group of women presenters. Our hosts this year exemplify the best of the Miss Universe family, and this is going to be a fantastic show.”

Catriona, who represented the Philippines at the 2018 edition of the pageant, took to Instagram her excitement. She said, "See you soon, El Salvador! So excited to [be] invited back as one of the hosts for @missuniverse."

Olivia, for her part, told Variety last year that she highly respects the "continuous evolution of the Miss Universe Organization."

"I have so much respect for the continuous evolution of the Miss Universe Organization, including the new female ownership for the first time in the company's history," Olivia said.

The 72nd edition of the Miss Universe will take place on Nov. 19 (PHT) in El Salvador, where over 90 women will compete for the crown. Michelle Dee of Makati will be representing the Philippines and will vie for the country's fifth Miss Universe crown.

Miss Universe 2023 finals night will be streamed live via ABS-CBN’s platforms A2Z Channel 11 and iWantTFC. There will also be a replay at 9:30 p.m. on the Kapamilya Channel’s Sunday Best, Metro Channel, and iWantTFC.
