Congratulations are in order for Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez!

The celebrity couple tied the knot in Oct. 23, 2021 at the San Juan Nepomuceno Parish Church in Batangas, a year after he proposed to her.

"Wala lang...flex ko lang na ikinasal ako kagabi sa isang napakagandang binibini," the actor wrote on Instagram. "Officially, nabakuran ko na sa wakas! ? Pero syempre papatalo ba ako sa ganda ni misis? Eh di resbakan natin," Rodriguez added, sharing a solo photo from the wedding.

Going by the photos shared on social media by Team Pat Dy, Abellana and Rodriguez's wedding ceremony was a grand affair with only close friends and family members in attendance. While Abellana opted for a sweetheart cut Monique Lhuillier gown for the occasion, her husband sported a navy overlap suit by Francis Libiran.

The pair, who met on the set GMA 7's My Destiny in 2014, got engaged in October 2020 after six years of dating. But it was only in Mar. 21, 2021 when the couple announced the news.

On her Instagram, Abellana shared a photo of her engagement ring with the caption: “A million times, YES.”

Rodriguez also shared a photo of the proposal on Instagram, quoting Pablo Neruda, “I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you simply, without problems or pride: I love you in this way because I do not know any other way of loving but this.”

Two months later, a post from the San Guillermo Parish in Talisay's Facebook page went viral. It included the couple's wedding banns, complete with personal details about the couple, including the date and venue of their wedding.
