Thanksgiving Day is marked every fourth Thursday of November, and while it may not be celebrated in the Philippines, it’s quite the opposite in the United States. Nevertheless, there were still a few Filipino celebrities who marked the occasion by counting their blessings.

Lea Salonga also had an eventful Thanksgiving as she participated in this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The award-winning Broadway star joined the cast of Sesame Street with Elmo, Big Bird, and the whole gang for a delightful performance of "Sing."

"No, it wasn’t a sunny day, and it would’ve been great if the clouds were swept away, but today’s Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade was still such a wonderful highlight! Thank you, Sesame Steet, this was truly very special, and thank you for plastering the biggest smile on my child’s face," Lea said.

"A simple intimate family Thanksgiving dinner with celebrity couple Felson Palad and Donita Rose," wrote a certain Leo Cioco Abelita. "It was such an amazing time spending with you both one on one talking about the goodness of God in time as such as this Thanksgiving Day."
