Gal Gadot gives birth to fourth baby: 'Our hearts are full of gratitude'
From Wonder Woman to Wonder Mom of four!
Gal Gadot delighted everyone's Instagram feed after announcing that she has now welcomed her fourth child with her husband Jaron Varsano.
On her account, the actress posted a sweet picture of her cradling her newborn, who she named Ori, in her arms as she lies in the hospital bed.
"My sweet girl, welcome. The pregnancy was not easy and we made it through," Gadot wrote.
She then explained the meaning behind her baby girl's name, "You have brought so much light into our lives, living up to your name, Ori, which means 'my light' in Hebrew. Our hearts are full of gratitude."
In the comments section, many of her fans took the time to congratulate her on her successful delivery and send well wishes to her and her family.
"Awww congratulations to you and your family on its precious new addition. Wishing many blessings on sweet Ori and all of you!" one user wrote.
Another one commented, "Congratulations to a true Wonder Woman. Sending healing vibes and lots of love to you and your family!"
Gadot tied the knot with Varsano back in 2008, and they have since been blessed with daughters Alma in 2011, Maya in 2017, and Daniella in 2021.
For her fourth pregnancy, the 38-year-old Israeli actress chose to keep much of her journey under wraps, which is why many of her fans were surprised at her announcement. She previously shared in an interview with women's fashion magazine InStyle how she loves giving birth.
"I love giving birth. I would do it once a week if I could. It's so magical. And I always take epidurals, to be fair, so it's not so painful. Just the moment you feel like you're creating life, it's incredible," she said.
Gadot has become famous for her role as Wonder Woman in a series of DC Film movies, such as Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and her solo films Wonder Woman and its sequel Wonder Woman 1984.
