Anne Curtis shares workout video: 'Time to make some room for all the Christmas dinners'

Need some inspiration to break a sweat before a holiday binge?

Take it from Anne Curtis, who recently shared a video of her workouts just before the Christmas season rolls around. In the compilation of clips, she can be seen doing leg raises, sit-ups, tricep pushdowns, and more.

"Quick little circuit," she captioned her Instagram post. "Time to make some room for all the Christmas dinners."

The actress received praise as well as fire and heart eyes emojis in the comments section.

"Hawttt," entrepreneur Jess Wilson wrote.

"After so many years, ganda pa rin! Still THE Anne Curtis," a social media user commented.

"Grabe, kaya naman pala ganyan ang abs," another one said.

In a previous interview with PhilSTAR L!fe, Anne's trainer Gabb Rosario revealed that despite the local star's busy schedule, she makes it a point to train five times a week. "We always train the whole body every session, but with added emphasis on the core muscles," he said.

According to Gabb, he makes her do core exercises such as sit-ups, leg raises, twists, planks, and V-ups, among others to tone and strengthen her abs in particular.

When asked for some advice on achieving Anne’s figure and strength, Gabb stressed that it’s all about consistency. "And of course, a proper diet is the main ingredient,” he added.
