Taylor Swift sparks dating rumors with The 1975’s Matty Healy
Taylor Swift and The 1975 frontman Matty Healy are making the rounds on social media after sparking romance rumors.
According to an exclusive report by The Sun, an insider "close to Taylor" revealed that the two are “madly in love” with each other.
“It’s super-early days, but it feels right. They first dated, very briefly, almost ten years ago but timing just didn’t work out,” they said, emphasizing that there was “no crossover” with Taylor’s previous relationship with actor Joe Alwyn.
The rumored couple has been busy with their respective concert tours, so they have been reportedly FaceTiming and texting each other to keep in touch. “She cannot wait to see him again,” the source continued.
"But as two international megastars, they understand the pressures of one another’s jobs better than anyone, and are incredibly supportive of their respective careers.”
“Taylor just wants to live her life, and be happy. She’s told pals Matty is flying to Nashville over the weekend to support her on the next leg of her tour,” the insider added.
This comes nearly a month after Taylor’s reported breakup with Joe in early April after being together for six years. According to Entertainment Tonight, their breakup was “amicable” and “not dramatic.”
Matty, meanwhile, called it quits with singer-songwriter FKA Twigs in June after a three-year relationship. He was previously linked to model Charlotte Briar d’Alessio.
