'12.12: The Day,' 'Exhuma,' 'Moving' and more win big at Baeksang Arts Awards 2024

The 60th Baeksang Arts Awards has named the most outstanding actors, shows, and films that made a mark on the South Korean entertainment industry in the past year.

This year's awards were held on May 7 at the COEX Convention & Exhibit Center, with some big names in the country serving as the awards presenters, including 2023 Grand Prize (Daesang) winner Park Eun Bin and director Park Chan Wook, Lee Sung Min and Song Hye Kyo, Jo Woo Jin and Lim Ji Yeon, and more. 

The big winner at this year’s edition was mystery/horror film Exhuma, which bagged four awards, including best director and best actress; TV series Moving and the thriller film 12.12: The Day earned three awards each. 

Taking home the Daesang (Grand Prize) awards are director Kim Sung Soo for the film 12.12: The Day and the drama Moving.
