'Flash' star Ezra Miller arrested in Hawaii bar for harassment, disorderly conduct

Ezra Miller, star of upcoming films The Flash and Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, was arrested in Hawaii on March 28 for disorderly conduct and harassment at a karaoke bar.

According to the Hawaii Police Department, Miller was involved in an incident at a bar on Silva street. They became agitated when other patrons began singing karaoke.

The actor allegedly started yelling obscenities at them and grabbed a mic from a woman who was singing. They also allegedly to have lunged at a man playing darts. The bar owner attempted to calm down the 29-year-old actor but failed.

Miller was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment. They posted $500 bail and were released after.

Miller's arrest comes before the release of Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, which is set to hit theaters in April 2022. In the movie, they star as Credence Barebone, the supposed sibling of Hogwarts headmaster Albus Dumbledore.

The 29-year-old actor also has the upcoming DC movie The Flash slated for a 2023 release, in which they play the titular character Barry Allen. The flick suffered release delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

On Twitter, netizens are making memes about the incident, joking about how they would react if they saw Miller at a karaoke bar.
