LOOK: BLINKs spot BLACKPINK's Jennie and Lisa's moms being besties at Coachella 2023
BLACKPINK has been making headlines worldwide since their historic run at the 2023 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. This time, however, it's their moms who have found themselves in the global spotlight.
One of their largest fan groups, BLACKPINK BLINK UNION, shared a video of Jennie and Lisa's mothers holding hands as they follow their daughters at Coachella.

BLINKs even jokingly named the ship of the moms of JenLisa (the rapper duo's own ship name): "KimChi."
Lisa's mom, Chitthip Bruschweiler, was featured in a BLACKPINK HOUSE episode in January 2018. She is also friends with the mother of GOT7's BamBam.
Jennie's mother, known as "Mommy Kim," is relatively more private, with few details known about her including how Jennie cited her as the reason why she developed an interest in fashion.
BLACKPINK made history as the first K-pop group to headline Coachella this month, following their 2019 debut at the California-based music festival as part of the second line of artists.
The quartet—consisting of Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa—debuted in 2016 under YG Entertainment. Since then, the K-pop girl group has collected world records under its name including the most-viewed YouTube music channel and the most-streamed female group on Spotify, among others.
