The top 5 Miss Universe Philippines queens now have official titles
The Miss Universe Philippines organization has given official titles to the top five queens.
MUP titleholder Rabiya Mateo is the Ambassador for Education. Mateo, who was a lecturer and review coordinator at review centers, hopes to put an end to illiteracy in the country. She’s been active in a charity that helps make education accessible to all, focusing on children living near a dumpsite in Iloilo City.

Ysabella Ysmael, first runner-up, is the Ambassador for Arts and Culture. With a passion for ballet, she has danced for the Hampton Court Ballet for over 10 years.

Second runner-up Michele Gumabao is the Ambassador for Health and Fitness. The well-loved volleybelle hopes to help young people see their potential in the field of sports. “I do believe that sports have the power to unite this country,” she said in a previous interview. “Everybody just comes together when you’re cheering for one name, one flag, and our country.”

Fourth runner-up Billie Hakenson is the Ambassador for Gender Equality. In her preliminary interview for the pageant, the flight attendant made a candid revelation: “I’m Billie Hakenson, representing Cavite, and I’m a bisexual and I’m proud to be here.”
