PSA: New Clark City/Bamban Toll Plaza opens temporarily until Jan. 15
Motorists can now take advantage of the newly opened New Clark City/Bamban Toll Plaza starting Dec. 17.
This temporary opening aims to provide a convenient and efficient route for motorists traveling through the area, especially as the holiday season approaches.
The temporary toll plaza, located past Dolores Toll but before Concepcion Toll Plaza, is now passable for northbound and southbound travel.
It will be available until Jan. 15, 2025.

NLEX Corporation reminded motorists to ensure their RFID accounts are sufficiently loaded before passing through the New Clark City/Bamban Toll Plaza. As a fully RFID-enabled toll plaza, no cash lanes are available.
The toll fee, which is VAT-exclusive for Class 1 or light vehicles such as cars and SUVs, is P95 to P431. Meanwhile, the rates for Class 2 or buses range between P202 to P1,041, while the toll fee for Heavy Goods Vehicles or Class 3 ranges from P286 to P1,292.
In other news, NLEX Corporation deployed over 1,500 traffic, toll, and systems personnel for "increased patrol visibility" and toll plaza assistance amid the holiday rush from Dec. 19 to Jan. 6, 2025.
"Additional traffic and toll operations personnel, including security and incident response teams, will be deployed to provide immediate assistance and ensure the safety of the public," NLEX said.
