Xian Lim on love: 'Painful and magical' but 'at a certain point, disappears'
Xian Lim got real about the biggest lessons he has learned about love and relationships.
In his guest appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on Friday, March 22, the actor described love as something that is "very painful" and gives a "very magical feeling."
"I think that’s what love does to you but at a certain point, love disappears, and I think, doon na magiging choice ang pagmamahalan,” he said.
“You choose to stay together and you choose to fight for each other, no matter what it is,” he continued.
The Love. Die. Repeat actor also said that even if he'd be given the chance to go back to the past, he wouldn't change a thing.
“I would just watch myself, I wouldn’t really do anything to change anything that happened,” he said.
“Kasi I think na parang lahat ng nangyari in the past really helped shape the way you are today,” he continued, adding, “Lahat ‘yan nangyari for a specific reason.”
Xian was previously in a relationship with actress-host Kim Chiu. They confirmed their breakup in December 2023 after being together for almost 12 years.
He is currently being linked with film producer Iris Lee since they were spotted going to motorcycle riding school together with their friends.
